TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE - THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS RELATE TO CONSUMER SALES


Confirmation email
You will receive a confirmation email after your purchase. If you have not received a confirmation email within 3 working days from your purchase, kindly contact us at info (at)liisariski.com. Once the confirmation has been accepted the order cannot be cancelled.
 
Orders
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order. If you have not received a confirmation email within 5 working days from your original order, kindly contact us at info (at)liisariski.com. Please check that the order information is correct. Once the confirmation has been accepted the order cannot be cancelled.


Payments
Payments with Visa, Master Card and American Express are accepted. Obligatory information when paying by credit card is cardholder’s name, credit card number, security code and the end date of validity. Security code is the 3-digit code on the backside of the card. Payments with card are processed via Stripe (Stripe.com), secure international payments systems provider


Payments with Pay Pal are also accepted. Please note that the PayPal service fee 3,4% will be added to the total sum of your order.
 
Deliveries
Delivery time and price varies between countries. All deliveries are made with Finnish Postal services and may require a signature. If the processing of the order is delayed, we will inform you within 2 days


Please note that during sales period delivery times may exceed the estimated time.


Finland: Order will be delivered within 1-3 working days from the day the order is placed.
Europe: Order will be delivered within 1-3 working days from the day the order is placed.
Rest of the World Order will be delivered within 2-8 working days from the day the order is placed.


If your delivery address is outside of the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Design Riski Ltd. cannot be held responsible for these charges.
 
Design Riski Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any damage or losses of goods by the Postal Services.
 
Exchange and return
You can exchange or return the item without any additional fee. Design Riski Ltd. will not refund the original shipping costs and/or import duties unless the item you have received is faulty or damaged.


You have 15 working days time to return the goods from the day you have received them.Items should be returned new, unused and in the same condition as you received them. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Returns will be processed within 1-3 working days from the day we have received the returned item.


Design Riski Ltd. cannot be held not held responsible for returns that do not reach us
 
Force majeure
In the case of unusual adverse circumstances such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes that are outside the control of Design Riski Ltd. The company cannot be held responsible for failing to meet the terms.


All merchandise remains property of Design Riski Ltd. until full payment is received.


We cannot guarantee our pictures to display colour, proportion and detail with 100 % accuracy.


All prices include 24% VAT. (Except when shipping to countries outside the European Union.)
